Led by Jonathan Coit, MMCR, a seasoned ombudsman with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, workplace, and community mediation, we bring a calm, structured approach to even the most difficult conversations.
Jonathan holds a master’s degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois, and is a fifth-generation member of Community of Christ. His work is guided by enduring principles such as the worth of all persons and unity in diversity, ensuring every participant feels respected and heard.
