Mediation:
We provide neutral, confidential mediation to help parties resolve disputes efficiently and respectfully. Mediation is a voluntary process where a trained neutral helps people communicate, identify underlying issues, and work toward mutually acceptable agreements. Our mediation services cover family matters, workplace conflicts, business disputes, and other situations where preserving relationships and controlling outcomes matter.
Pricing:
Half-day session (up to 4 hours): $500 per party
Full-day session (up to 8 hours): $900 per party
Additional time: $150 per party per hour
Facilitation:
We offer professional facilitation to guide groups, teams, or organizations through challenging conversations, planning sessions, or decision-making processes. Facilitation creates a structured, supportive environment where every voice can be heard, ideas can be organized, and consensus can emerge. Our approach helps families, businesses, and nonprofits improve communication, strengthen collaboration, and move forward with clarity.

Facilitation services: $150 per hour
Conflict Coaching:
One-on-one sessions to help an individual prepare for a difficult conversations, negotiation, or workplace conflict. We offer one-on-one conflict coaching sessions to help you prepare for tough conversations, negotiations, or workplace issues with confidence and clarity.
Community Dialogue & Restorative Circles:
Facilitating We design and lead community dialogues and restorative circles that bring people together to discuss sensitive issues, repair harm, and build stronger relationships. Using inclusive and trauma-informed practices, we create safe spaces for listening, understanding, and shared problem-solving. These circles are ideal for neighborhoods, schools, faith communities, and organizations seeking to foster trust, reconciliation, and long-term positive change.
Pricing:
Community Dialogue & Restorative Circles: $150 per hour
Flat-rate or multi-session packages available upon request
Workplace Investigations / Fact-Finding:
We provide independent, neutral workplace investigations to help organizations address sensitive issues with integrity and fairness. Our role is to gather facts objectively, not to advocate for any party or provide legal advice.
Pricing:
Initial consultation / scoping meeting: Complimentary (30 minutes)
Investigative services: $200 per hour (includes interviews, document review, analysis, and written summary of findings)
Flat-rate or multi-case packages available for ongoing or large-scale investigations
